Thank you for your interest in one of Key IPM's fine homes!

We strive to have some of the best rental homes in the area and we are looking for some of the best tenants to call them home!

To schedule an appointment to view the rental home, we require that you do a drive by of the property and that you read, and agree to the Resident Requirements below.

Minimum Requirements for All Residents:

1. All adult residents 18+ shall agree to a credit check and have a minimum 75% of the reported credit as positive.

2. All adults residents shall have a combined income of 3 times the rent or more per month and provide copy of pay stubs for the last month.

3. All residents agree to background checks and no resident with any criminal activities shall be accepted. All residents agree to sign the drug free housing addendum.

4. All residents shall provide a copy of their driver's license or pass port or birth certificate with application.

5. All residents agree to automatic deductions (ACH) from your checking accounts for payment of rent on the 1st of each month.  There will be a $1.00 fee added to the automatic deduction every month.

FYI: CITY SALES TAX OF UP TO 2.3% WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR RENT DEPENDING ON WHAT CITY YOUR RENTAL HOME IS LOCATED IN.
